Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Hello Edie pieces! If you’re not 100% happy, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible items
- Unworn jewelry in original condition with tags/packaging.
- Full-price items → refund to original payment.
- Sale items → exchange or store credit.
Not eligible
- Custom/personalized/engraved items.
- Final Sale items marked as such at checkout.
- Gift cards.
Return shipping
For returns made for any reason other than an item damaged in shipment or a confirmed manufacturing issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Craftsmanship warranty
We’ll repair or replace manufacturing issues reported within 90 days (e.g., broken clasp, loose setting). Normal wear, scratches, tarnish from lotions/perfumes/water, or lost pieces aren’t covered.
Resizing & repairs
One complimentary resize/repair within 30 days where applicable. After 30 days, a flat $10 service fee + shipping applies.
How to start a return
Through Customer Account (retail customers only)
- Sign in to your account.
- Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store and specify refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Click "Request return".
Through Email (retail or wholesale customers)
- Email us at sales@helloedie.com to request a return.
- If your order has more than one item, specify which items you wish to return.
- List a return reason and add a note for the store and specify refund, exchange, or store credit.
Refund timing
Once inspected, we process refunds within 5 business days to the original payment method. Shipping, gift wrap, and duties/taxes are non-refundable.
Gifts (Excluding Free Gift With Purchase Promotion)
Returns of gifts received from a 3rd party will receive store credit. See below for return policy on the Free Gift With Purchase promotion.
Free Gift With Purchase Returns Policy
From time to time, we may offer a free gift with qualifying purchase promotions. To qualify, your order subtotal must meet the stated promotional threshold after discounts are applied and before taxes and shipping, unless otherwise noted.
If you return items from an order that received a free gift and your updated merchandise subtotal falls below the required promotion threshold, the free gift is no longer eligible.
In that case, one of the following will apply:
- The free gift must be returned along with your eligible return, or
- The retail value of the free gift will be deducted from your refund if the gift is not returned
Free gifts must be returned in unused condition and, when possible, in original packaging. If the free gift is returned used, damaged, or not in resellable condition, we may reduce or deny the refund related to the gift value.
If your return still leaves your order above the promotional threshold, you may keep the free gift.
If your order qualified for multiple promotional gifts or tiered gifts, your eligibility will be recalculated based on the value of merchandise kept after the return. Any gifts associated with thresholds no longer met must be returned or their retail value will be deducted from the refund.
We reserve the right to deny returns or adjust refunds in cases of promotional misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
International returns
International customers may return; buyer pays postage. Customs duties/taxes are non-refundable.
Holiday returns
Orders placed Nov 1–Dec 24 may be returned until Jan 15.
