Order processing

• Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM (CT) are dropped off with the carrier the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CT) or on weekends/holidays are dropped off the next business day.

Standard shipping (U.S.)

Standard shipping within the U.S. ships via USPS Priority Mail.

Free Standard Shipping is available on U.S. orders $25+ (after discounts, before taxes).

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your shipping label is created. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after your package is dropped off and accepted by the carrier.

Delivery times below are carrier estimates and begin after your package is dropped off and accepted by the carrier. These timeframes are not controlled by Hello Edie.
